tmptext.link is a free, temporary text sharing service that allows users to share text content via unique links. All shared content is automatically deleted after 1 hour.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to share:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Personal information of others without their consent
• Spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
• Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation content
• Content facilitating illegal activities

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you share through the Service. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user-submitted content. By sharing content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it complies with these Terms.

5. Data Retention

All content shared through the Service is automatically and permanently deleted after 1 hour. We are not responsible for any data loss. If you need to preserve content, you must save it elsewhere before it expires.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security or confidentiality of shared content

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
